Stainless-Steel Care Instructions

Learning how to care for stainless steel jewelry is key to maintaining its luster and longevity. To avoid scratches and preserve the finish, store your jewelry in a fabric-lined pouch or a dedicated jewelry box. Enhance the shine with a high-quality polishing cloth, using gentle circular motions. Always handle your pieces with care and remove them during activities that might cause damage. It's important to steer clear of harsh chemicals such as bleach and chlorine, which can lead to discoloration. These chemicals can cause unwanted chemical reactions leading to discoloration or corrosion. Avoid exposing your jewelry to substances like bleach, chlorine, and ammonia. Even everyday household cleaning products can be too harsh. When it comes to acidic substances, be particularly careful. Substances like vinegar or lemon juice can erode the protective layer of your stainless-steel jewelry, making it more susceptible to damage. Always remove your jewelry before you start cleaning, swimming in chlorinated pools, or using hand sanitizers with high alcohol content.

Breast Milk Stone Care

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause stones to dull, crack, or yellow. Keep stones in a cool, shaded area to maintain their appearance.

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the stones surface. For stubborn spots, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, as they can scratch the surface. Do not place stones in the dishwasher, as high temperatures can warp them.

EMBROIDERY CARE:Washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low to increase longevity. We recommend that you machine was cold, inside out with like colors. Only use non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low and use a medium iron if necessary. Do not iron directly on embroidery.

Due to the products being specifically made for the customer with the customers breastmilk, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once the breastmilk has been dropped off or the product has been created. All sales are final.

Since all orders are custom and handmade the product you receive WILL NOT be exactly like the images on the website. Every order is like a snowflake. They are all special and unique.
